The general idea of apprenticeship:
- andpol elektronik is trying to prepare the range of tasks and means to perform them, so that the student has the possibility to demonstrate his or her activity, ingenuity and diligence, as well as to acquire “live” knowledge.
- The student performs ordered tasks with full commitment, enabling our company to use their work. Also, they oblige themselves to full discretion and to use the entrusted data only to extend their knowledge.
- The apprenticeship is not paid. The possibility of gaining concrete experience and knowledge is a valuable equivalent of the devoted time and effort.
