PCB printed circuits
The proposal of andpol elektronik company is to deliver to clients complete solutions related with the production of electronic devices. in 2005 we commenced cooperation with a Thai producer of printed circuits, what enables us today to provide single-sided, two-sided as well as multi-layer circuits (10 layers maximally). Our partner from the Far East has two factories, which enable the monthly production at the following levels:
- single-sided circuits 72000m2/month
- two-sided circuits - 90000m2/month
- multi-layer circuits - 9000m2/month
The company was founded in 1988. Form 1998 it has a ISO 9002 certificate (issued by DUV), and from 2002 it has a QS9000 certificate. In order to improve the material management, the company has an implemented and operating ERP system.
The printed circuits offered by us can be made of various kinds of laminates: FR1, FR2, XPC, CEM1, CEM3, FR4. The possible thickness of the laminate is 0,3mm to 2,4mm.
We ensure the possibility of applying a tin layer with the chemical tinning method, Hot Air Leveling (HAL) method, chemical or galvanic gold plating. The mosaic can be made with the photo- or the silk-screen printing method. They can be covered with an anti-soldering mask applied with the silk-screen printing or the curtain method, we offer the description of elements performed with the silk-screen printing method – standard colours are black or white. Contact fields can be covered with a graphite coat. The contours can be bored, cut, milled or sheared. All contours after the production process undergo electric control.
We guarantee a very fast evaluation of contours – up to two days from receiving and agreeing on the documentation. We accept documentations made in the GERBER format.

- For single-sided contours – samples 4-6 days, mass production 10-12 days.
- For two-sided contours – samples 6-7 days, mass production 12-15 days.
- For multi-layer contours – samples 7-10 days, mass production 15-25 days.
